Spray foam removal in Healing is what we do every week, from the older lofts around Healing Village to the newer builds off Wisteria Drive. We cut out failed open cell and closed cell foam, check the timbers underneath with a boroscope camera and moisture meter, and leave your roof space ready for a mortgage survey or a fresh insulation job. Same day call-outs across DN41 7.
Every spray foam job in Healing is different, so we carry the full range of removal methods on the van. Some lofts come out clean with a cutting saw and vacuum. Others need dry ice blasting to protect old timber, or sand blasting equipment where foam has bonded hard to brickwork. If you need affordable spray foam extraction in Healing, we will tell you straight which method your property needs and what it costs before we start.

Same Day Spray Foam RemovalIf a surveyor has flagged foam and your sale is hanging on it, we can often be in Healing the same day. We keep slots open for DN41 7 postcodes and carry cutting saws, vacuums and respirators on board. Call before midday and we will usually have a technician at your door that afternoon.View details →
24/7 Spray Foam RemovalWater getting in through a foam-blocked roof does not wait for office hours. Our 24/7 line covers Healing, Stallingborough and the A180 corridor, so if you find a leak or a collapsed section of foam at 2am, you can get someone out. We make the roof safe first, then schedule the full removal.View details →
Residential Spray Foam RemovalMost of our Healing work is residential: semis, detached houses and bungalows around Oaklands, Wisteria Drive and Station Road. We remove foam from lofts, roof slopes and cavity walls, then leave the space clean enough for a new breathable membrane or mineral wool insulation. Dust sheets and air scrubbers go up before we cut anything.View details →
Commercial Spray Foam RemovalHealing has a handful of commercial units and converted agricultural buildings near Stallingborough Road. Foam in these spaces often hides failed vapour barriers or damp blockwork. We work around your operating hours, use PASMA and IPAF trained staff for high access, and provide the paperwork your insurer or buyer needs.View details →
Loft Spray Foam RemovalLoft foam is the most common job we do in Healing. Older properties around the village green often have foam sprayed directly onto the underside of timber roof tiles, which traps moisture and causes roof rot. We cut it back, inspect the rafters and clear the space so air can move again.View details →
Roof Spray Foam RemovalWhen foam has been applied between rafters or across the roof deck, it can void your building insurance and fail a survey. We remove it from roof slopes in Healing using cutting saws and multi-tools, taking care not to damage the tiles or membrane underneath. Access is usually through the loft, so no scaffolding is needed on most DN41 7 homes.View details →
Attic Spray Foam RemovalAttic and loft mean the same thing to most Healing homeowners, and the problem is identical: foam that has sealed the roof space and stopped it breathing. We remove open cell and closed cell foam from attics across Healing, bag it, and vacuum the timbers clean. You get photos of the rafters before and after.View details →
Spray Foam Insulation RemovalNot all foam is bad, but the wrong foam in the wrong place causes damp and condensation. In Healing we remove spray foam insulation that was installed without a vapour barrier or ventilation gap. Once it is out, we can advise on Rockwool, Thermafleece or insulation boards that suit your roof build-up.View details →
Open Cell Spray Foam RemovalOpen cell foam is softer and often found in newer Healing lofts off Wisteria Drive and Oaklands. It still traps moisture if it is installed against a cold roof deck. We cut it out with an oscillating multi-tool, check for timber decay, and clear the space so a breathable membrane can do its job.View details →
Closed Cell Spray Foam RemovalClosed cell foam is dense, hard and bonded tight. It is the type most likely to fail a mortgage survey in Healing. We use a spray foam cutting saw and, where the foam has gripped old timber, a dry ice blasting machine to freeze and lift it without gouging the wood. Slower work, but it protects your rafters.View details →
Mortgage Lender Spray Foam RemovalIf your buyer's lender has refused a mortgage because of spray foam, we can help. We provide a removal report with before-and-after photos, moisture readings and confirmation that the roof space is clear and ventilated. Surveyors and lenders across North East Lincolnshire accept our documentation, which keeps your Healing sale moving.View details →
Insulation Removal ServiceSometimes the foam is only part of the problem. Old mineral wool, degraded insulation boards and perished vapour barriers often sit alongside it. Our insulation removal service in Healing clears the lot, disposes of it correctly, and leaves you a clean loft ready for a fresh, code-correct installation.View details →
Insulation AssessmentBefore you spend money on removal, it pays to know what you are dealing with. We inspect your Healing loft with a boroscope camera and moisture meter, identify the foam type, and check the timbers for rot or decay. You get a written assessment with photos and a clear recommendation, no obligation.View details →
Dry Ice Blasting Spray Foam RemovalDry ice blasting is our gentlest method for old or fragile timbers, and it is ideal for the older properties around St Peter's Church and Healing Village. The dry ice freezes the foam so it lifts away without abrasive damage. No water, no chemicals, and very little mess left behind in your loft.View details →
Cavity Wall Spray Foam RemovalCavity wall foam was a common retrofit in Healing during the grant schemes of the 2000s and 2010s. When it fails, it bridges the cavity and lets damp through to the inner leaf. We remove it using specialist extraction tools, then check the wall ties and clear the cavity so it can drain and ventilate properly again.View details →
Sand Blasting Spray Foam Insulation RemovalOn brickwork, blockwork and some rendered walls, foam bonds so hard that cutting tools will not touch it. Sand blasting equipment lets us strip it back to the substrate without damaging the masonry. We use this method on commercial units and older outbuildings around Healing and Stallingborough Road.View details →
Thermal Spray Foam RemovalThermal removal uses controlled heat to soften foam before extraction, which suits thick closed cell applications on roof decks and plant rooms. In Healing we use it where mechanical cutting risks damaging a fragile membrane. The foam comes away in sheets, and we vacuum the surface clean afterwards.View details →
Environmentally Friendly Insulation RemovalFoam and old insulation have to be disposed of properly, not fly-tipped. We bag and segregate waste from Healing jobs, recycle what we can, and use low-dust extraction with air scrubbers to keep the air in your home clean. If you want the job done without cutting corners on disposal, this is it.View details →
Warehouse Spray Foam RemovalHealing and the surrounding industrial belt have warehouses and storage units with foam-insulated roofs and walls. Failed foam here means condensation dripping onto stock and a voided insurance policy. We work around your shifts, use IPAF and PASMA trained staff for high-level access, and clear the space with minimal disruption.View details →
A typical Healing job starts with a proper look, not a sales pitch. We check the foam type, measure moisture in the timbers, and photograph everything before we cut. Most lofts in DN41 7 come out in a day, though dense c
Standard extraction kit will not fit through some hatches on Station Road and around the village green, which slows the job and risks damage to ceilings.
How we help: We carry compact cutting saws and flexible vacuum hoses that fit through a 450mm hatch. Where access is tighter still, we remove the hatch frame and refit it afterwards, so nothing gets forced or broken.
Closed cell foam grips the underside of tiles and rafters hard. Pulling it off with a bar splits the timber and can crack tiles from above.
How we help: We use a dry ice blasting machine to freeze the foam so it lifts cleanly, then hand-scrape the last of it. It takes longer, but your rafters and tiles come through intact and ready for a breathable membrane.
Healing roofs are often cold decks with no ventilation gap. Foam seals the deck, condensation forms, and timber decay follows within a couple of winters.
How we help: We remove the foam, check every rafter with a moisture meter, and clear the ventilation path at the eaves. If timbers are damp but sound, we leave them to dry and re-check before any new insulation goes in.

Healing is easy to get around once you know it, but sat-nav can struggle with the lanes off the main roads. We use local landmarks to orient ourselves and to confirm access before we arrive. If you are near Healing School, Healing Manor Hotel or the railway station, we will find you without a phone call. Knowing the village this well means we turn up with the right kit first time, rather than making two trips.
